Currently I'm using Nikon D2x and D700 DSLR cameras mounted with various excellent Nikkor lenses; although I have now reversed my recommendation of 'use only Nikon lenses!' after trying and then purchasing a couple of new Sigma 'EX' optics, the one worth a special mention is the 100-300mm f/4 EX DG IF HSM, a remarkable lens for its listed price.

computer and software

I use Apple Mac computers with Adobe software but I've also made links to various pieces of mac software that I've found useful including the excellent iView Media browser and the always helpful Graphic Converter, these are used alongside Adobe Photoshop in my post photography workflow.
Recently I discovered another software 'must-have', the very individual Nikon Capture NX2, it contains several features missing from Photoshop including 'Color Control Points'. I can throughly recommend it for those images with mixed lighting that need some extra help with colour balancing.
